Dear The Hush Sound, You have been one of Karly and I’s favorite band for six years now, and we are stupidly excited to see you for (my) 9th time this weekend. In retrospect, at the age of 19 now and 13 then, I look back on all the time I spent driving, waiting, buying, and listening to you and am most thankful for how much you influenced my friendships not only with other random fans (there were many, I’ve not seen a band since so well loved) but most importantly with Karly because she is kind of my best friend for life, and I honestly don’t think that would have happened without you. I think I owe you a big thank you and I’m totally starting to get all emotional now. Never stop being truly awesome people, your music will never fail to make me smile. :)Here’s to making Saturday a good one. - ginahey
